Zia Morland is a Relationship Manager / Senior Administrative Assistant for The Nolan Group. She has excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Her expertise and passion helped many clients and their families find their dream home. She also serves as a personal assistant to the realtors to ensure all their client's needs can be met or exceeded.

Zia studied Mechanical Engineering in college and started working for a construction company as an Engineering Assistant to gain some experience at the age of 18. After 3 years in the business, she decided to search for a new career path and became a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative. There, she quickly learned that she had a knack for helping customers, understanding their needs, and making them happy. Looking at all the knowledge and skills she gained through the years, she then found the real estate world. She started working with Christopher Nolan in 2016 and joined the team full-time in 2018.

Working with Christopher Nolan and The Nolan Group has allowed her to expand her knowledge base considerably. Her communication skills and passion for helping people made her excellent at her job.

She is now married with 3 wonderful children. They play games, watch movies and TV shows, cook delicious meals, and spend quality time together. During her free time, she takes care of her little garden. She loves to spread joy and happiness wherever she goes.
